Hohenthann Castle Brewery | GER

The raw materials used in the "one hundred percent independent" brewery grow on the company's doorstep. Hohenthann is located on the eastern edge of the Hallertau region. Brewers and farmers know each other well and trust each other.

In addition to the classic line, there are craft beer specialties: A "Blau Weisse," which is a wheat beer cold-hopped with Hüll Melon and Hallertau Cascade, or a cellar beer cold-hopped with Polaris, the "Polar Sommer."

10 European Beer Stars are counted in the castle brewery. The most recent award - gold in the German-Style Kellerbier Dunkel category - was presented by the organizer in the fall of 2021.
