Gold comment South German-Style Kristallweizen

A nice example of the style with a beautiful light golden color and a stable white foam. The smell is reminiscent of an almost green banana and has some hints of clove in the background, combined with notes of white pepper.
The taste starts very pleasant with some sweet and fruity aroma, is well balanced and provides a very pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is very long and quite dry, with some honeydew melon flavor.
All in all, a beer with great "drinkability" and a very fresh appearance.

A wonderful example of the style. This Kristallweizen is bright, with a dense white foam topped upon the light-golden liquid.
It features a perfect mélange of overripe bananas and spicy clove notes.
The drinkability is excellent. It comes with a nice sweetness and a creamy
mouthfeel.
