Gold comment Italian Grape Ale (IGA)

The two souls of Italian Grape Ale are both present. Thanks to the pronounced bitterness and the characteristic wine flavours the brewer achieved a great balance.

Very nice straw colour with a little cloudiness and a dense, white foam. Nose is fresh and very typical with hints of herbal, floral and a mineral touch.

The taste is nicely balanced between sweetness, bitterness and a hint of acidity that supports the great drinkability.
